Consulting at the intersection of practice, systems, and care.

I work with organisations, teams and leaders who understand that real change requires more than policy and processes. My approach integrates trauma-informed practice and systems change tools to support organisations working with stress, burnout, and complexity.

I’m deeply interested in how we redesign our working lives and the systems we build to be more nourishing, effective and generative. In my experience, trauma-informed practice and systems change tools are the scaffolding that makes this possible.

My consulting is intentionally multidimensional. I work with teams, across systems, and inside service models. Whether that means training your team, designing a new service, or preparing your organisation for deeper change, I meet you where you are.
