Collective Care
Those of us navigating complex systems — as practitioners, leaders, community members, and carers — rarely get the space to tend to ourselves.
In 2026, I will be offering full and half-day workshops that focus on creating space for collective care and rest. These sessions will weave together somatics, meditation, reflective practice, and teachings for navigating complexity together. Open to all. No organisational affiliation required.
In-person and online workshops
Collective Care workshops are designed to be genuinely nourishing — not just informative. The intention is that you leave with practical tools, but also with a sense of having been held, resourced, and reconnected to what matters.
Who these are for
Anyone doing meaningful work in complex conditions — practitioners, healthcare workers, educators, community workers, leaders, carers, parents, and people who are simply trying to stay well and connected in difficult times. You don't need a professional affiliation, a referral, or a particular background. All welcome.
My approach
Anchored in trauma-informed practice, my approach honours lived and learned experience in the room, expects difference (Oritz, 2019), and centres accessibility. I am committed to creating safe-enough spaces, and welcome you to show up as you are, with no expectation that you perform your attendance or your attention.
What to expect
A combination of guided somatic and mindfulness practice, personal reflective time, optional group discussions, and the weaving together of theory, poetry, science and contemplative teachings. Sessions always close with guided rest.
Where
Sessions will be held both in Naarm (Melbourne) and online, making them accessible wherever you are.
